Who is responsible?

What data, and why?

  • Quote and contact requests: company, name, role, e-mail, phone, delivery country and city, bill of materials and attached files, comments. Purpose: to prepare and follow up your quote, answer your request, and open your B2B account where applicable. Basis: pre-contractual steps taken at your request. Retention: the duration of the business relationship, then the statutory retention periods for commercial documents.
  • AI assistant: the messages you type are sent to Anthropic (United States) to generate the answer, then kept in your browser for the session only. Do not enter sensitive data. If you paste a bill of materials, it may be passed to our sales team if you continue to the quote form.
  • Audience statistics: measured without cookies or individual identifiers (Cloudflare Web Analytics). No personal data is collected for this purpose.
  • Technical logs: IP address, timestamp and pages visited, kept by the host and the delivery network for security and abuse prevention, for a limited period.

Who receives this data?

Akilly's sales team. Our technical processors: Hostinger (hosting), Cloudflare (delivery network and statistics), Brevo (transactional e-mail), Google Workspace (mailboxes), Anthropic (AI assistant). No data is sold or transferred for advertising purposes.

Cookies

The site does not use tracking cookies. Your language choice is kept in your browser's local storage, and the assistant conversation in session storage.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction or deletion of your data, or object to its processing, by writing to [email protected]. We reply within a reasonable time, and at the latest within one month.

Security

Exchanges with the site are encrypted (HTTPS). Files attached to quote requests are forwarded by e-mail to our team and are not stored on the web server.
