What we do
Distribution is the easy part.
Anyone can forward a price list. What an integrator needs is someone who checks the bill of materials, consolidates the shipment, produces the customs pack and picks up the phone when a unit fails.
Sourcing
One account across six product families. We quote your whole bill of materials — not the 60 % of it that happens to sit in one catalogue.
Pre-sales engineering
We read your BoM line by line: end-of-life references, missing optics and licences, equivalents at a better price. Marked up and returned.
Logistics & export
Consolidated in the UAE, shipped by air or sea, with the document pack your clearing agent needs — invoice, packing list, certificate of origin.
Terms & after-sales
Written payment terms, a documented RMA procedure with a case reference, and a named contact who answers in French or English.

Before you ask
The questions a first order really raises.
Eight things any integrator wants settled before buying from a UAE supplier they have never met. Here are our answers, in writing.
01Is the equipment genuine?
We buy through authorised distribution in the Emirates. Every unit ships with its manufacturer warranty and its serial number recorded on the packing list. We do not trade grey-market stock — and if a tender requires the source of a line item documented, ask and we provide it.
02How long until it reaches me?
It depends on the corridor, the mode and the brand’s own lead time. We confirm it in writing before you commit to your client. We would rather give you a date we can hold than a date that wins the conversation.
03Who handles customs?
Your clearing agent does — with the pack we produce: commercial invoice, packing list with serial numbers, certificate of origin, airway bill or bill of lading, and HS codes line by line.
04What if a unit fails?
Send us the serial number and a fault description. We open the case with the brand, give you a reference number, and tell you where it stands in writing. The warranty timeline is the brand’s — the follow-up is ours.
05Do I have to pay everything upfront?
New accounts start on a deposit basis: part on order, balance before shipment. Letters of credit are accepted on large projects. Open terms are considered once a track record exists. Whatever we agree is written on the pro forma.
06Is there a minimum order?
No fixed minimum. Small orders are quoted — but consolidation is where the economics work: one shipment covering a whole project beats four small ones.
07Will someone answer in French?
Yes. Quotes, datasheets and RMA cases in French or English, as you prefer. One thing to keep in mind: our working week runs Sunday to Thursday.
08Are you a real company?
Akilly Technologies FZ-LLC, registered with RAKEZ on 21 August 2026. Our three trade licence numbers are published at the foot of this page and are verifiable on the RAKEZ register. We are new — we would rather say so than pretend otherwise.
